Journeycall operate two contact centres in Scotland. We specialise in the provision of customer support helplines, sales and fulfilment services for smartcards and for rail and coach travel, primarily on behalf of public transport operators. We are licensed by the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to sell rail tickets.
Our experience in these sectors is a key market differentiator that enable s us to deliver an outstanding level of service, working in partnership with our increasing number of clients.
In January 2009, ESP Systex acquired a major shareholding in Journeycall Ltd. ESP is the UK's leading provider of bureau services for smartcard schemes. The combined expertise of Journeycall and ESP brings a unique joint service to the market, providing complete Card Lifecycle Management.
Journeycall's clients include high profile public and private sector companies including Transport for London, Raileasy, ATOC, Stagecoach Group, Go Ahead Group and Wrexham and Shropshire Trains. We also own and operate Train and Bus Enquiries.
Our friendly UK based advisors are highly trained, professional and motivated. They provide precise information to customers by phone, email and post ensuring that at all times, the highest quality of customer care is delivered. Our fulfilment department accurately issues and despatches travelcards / smartcards and other items in accordance with stringent quality controls.
Journeycall currently handle over 5000 calls per day. These can be quite diverse, with customers being of differing nationalities, background and circumstanes. Our current opening hours are 7a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the year except Christmas Day. We are happy to discuss extended opening hours with potential clients as required.
